And we're building the onshore expansion, adding x4 mega liquefied natural gas (LNG) trains, that will increase Qatar's production capacity by 43% from 77 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) to 110Mtpa.
I am in charge of different contracts: Heavy Haulage & Heavy Lift subcontract on EPC-1 (transportation and lifting of heavy equipment of utilities and offsite) + Warehouse Management activites + General Works.

Expatrié au Qatar sur le projet NFE de Technip Energies (construction de l'usine de GNL pour le compte de Qatar Energy) - contrat EPCC -Engineering, Procurement, Construction et Commissioning- d'une dizaine de milliards de dollars US.
Je suis en charge de deux contrats de sous-traitance (transport lourd/levage lourd) + warehouse management, ces deux contrats nous permettent d'assurance le transport, le levage et le stockage des divers équipements du projet. Je participe également à la gestion de contrat de sous-traitance du scope principal de Technip Energies à savoir la construction et la mise en route des Utilités/Inlet/Slug Catchers/CO2 capture area /Prefabrication workshop (piping/concrete...)
- Suivi et réponses aux demandes de travaux additionnels
- Gestion des réclamations Cost et/ou Extension of Time depuis/vers les sous-traitants
- Suivi mensuel de la facturation et des paiements aux sous-traitants
- Réunions hebdomadaires avec les sous-traitants
- Préparation du rapport mensuel d’activité des marchés de travaux
- Préparation des avenants contractuels
- Suivi de la correspondance liée aux Marchés de Travaux
- Coordination avec les autres disciplines du Projet (Ingénierie, Achats, Construction,…)afin de s’assurer / anticiper que le
sous-traitant est en mesure d’exécuter ses prestations sans disruption et ainsi protéger les intérêts de l’entreprise
vis-à-vis face à de potentielles réclamations du sous-traitant
- Implication dans la vie du chantier : Visites de Site régulières ; participation aux visites HSE

Monthly monitoring of invoicing and payments to subcontractors
Weekly meetings with subcontractors
Preparation of the monthly works contract activity report
Preparation of contractual amendments
Follow-up of correspondence related to Works Contracts
Coordination with the other disciplines of the Project (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, etc.) in order to ensure / anticipate that the subcontractor is able to perform its services without disruption and thus protect the interests of the company vis-à-vis -to face potential complaints from the subcontractor
Involvement in the life of the construction site: Regular Site visits; participation in HSE visits
